Customer Success Manager
Customer Success Managers (CSMs) are responsible for managing relationships throughout the customer lifecycle and achieving customer success goals. This individual will work closely with Sales and Marketing to develop and execute marketing campaigns, and will work with Product Management to communicate new product releases.
Generally, CSMs at Climate Benefits manage $1,000,000 in revenue. The key metric to measure success is Net Retention Rate (NRR). Additionally, CSMs are given 10% commission on upsells to existing customers.
Responsibilities:
- Onboarding calls with customers.
- Monthly check in calls with customers.
- Log all interactions with customers in Salesforce to build repeatability.
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative feedback from customers to identify churn reduction and upsell opportunities.
- Work with the Marketing team to create customer testimonial videos, product docs, and more.
- Assist the Product & Technology team with scoping new features and enhancements based on customer feedback.
